The Xerox® Workplace mobile app offers a convenient solution for local printing and scanning with your Xerox MFP. Designed to be used in conjunction with Xerox® Workplace Cloud/Suite, this app enables users to securely connect to any device over any network without requiring a direct printer connection.

Key standard features of the Xerox® Workplace mobile app include:
<ul>
 <li>Easy printer setup using QR Code scanning or NFC technology</li>
 <li>Direct document opening for quick print and preview</li>
 <li>Camera function for capturing and printing images</li>
 <li>Flexible print options such as 1-Sided/2-Sided printing, color/black-white, stapling, paper size, page range, and Secure Print pin</li>
 <li>Printing directly from popular applications like Dropbox and Google Drive</li>
 <li>Wireless scanning from your MFP within the app</li>
</ul>

When combined with Xerox Workplace Suite or Cloud, the app offers additional features:
<ul>
 <li>Controlled and secure user permissions through mobile app user account login</li>
 <li>Mobile app unlocking of supported Xerox Printers instead of using a card or NFC</li>
 <li>The ability to print to various network print devices, including those from Xerox, Fuji Xerox, HP, Ricoh, Epson, Canon, and more</li>
 <li>Compatibility with popular file formats like MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, email, text, Open Office, and various image formats</li>
 <li>GPS integration to find locations and available printers</li>
 <li>The ability to securely upload documents for later release at any licensed printer (pull print)</li>
 <li>Job accounting support for tracking printing costs</li>
 <li>Integration with a single release queue for jobs sent from desktop PC, MAC, and Chrome book</li>
 <li>Convenient access to all waiting pull print jobs from your mobile device</li>
</ul>

Please note that feature availability may vary depending on the version of the Xerox Workplace solution Mobile Print solution and Administrator configuration.

To get started with Xerox® Workplace, follow these steps:
<ol>
 <li>Obtain your Company Code information for your Xerox® Workplace Solution from your administrator</li>
 <li>Download and install the Xerox® Workplace App</li>
 <li>Register and login to Xerox® Workplace using your Company Code and Credentials</li>
 <li>Browse your mobile device and open a document to print</li>
 <li>Select "Open In..." using Workplace to Upload, Preview & Print your Documents*</li>
 <li>Select an available printer, printer options, and release your document</li>
</ol>
